• Gather technical data requirements to deliver product compliance matrixes during RFP and Pre-LE periods • Overlook product software user experience and the integration of 3rd party applications • Coordinate multi-departmental collaborations over the entire technical acceptance lifecycle • Work closely with 3rd party laboratories for timely completion of test cases and delivery of test reports • Manage reported defects through the use of online databases as required by mobile operators • Communicate with mobile operators on root causes, corrective actions or possible waivers for all defects • Interact with lab engineers to ensure correct configurations between test samples and test equipment • Collect necessary debugging logs from field testers in an efficient and effective manner • Maintain good attendance and punctuality • Perform other job duties as assigned*
Qualifications • 2 Years’ Experience in ROT field (3G, 2G and TRM implementation) preferred Acceptance background. • Good personality, leadership and work under pressure. • Resident in Sinai and preferred in Canal cities (Ismailia and Suez).
