• Carries out Secretarial works for the Management Team. • Receives and diverts incoming company correspondence on their behalf. • Prepares for management meetings with major customers and prepare necessary travel arrangements. • Organize and book business travel, itinerary, schedules, functions, conferences, workshops, seminars, training courses for the concerned Senior Management • Prepares, checks, and forwards all official correspondence, internal reports, and memorandum. • Attend and set meetings agendas • Provide the Senior Management team with the weekly, half monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual Reports and discuss these reports in the periodic meetings of managers. • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Qualifications • The candidate should have a bachelor degree in business administration field or related area. • One to three years of experience in administration or office management is a MUST. • Well-verse in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Excellent English Language skills • Ability to multitask and possesses superior time management skills * Previous experience within an administrative function is required • Demonstrated experience of working under pressure while multi-tasking • Very good skills in prioritizing, planning, analyzing and coordinating activities. • Critical thinker and conflict solver, capable of taking responsibilities and manage a challenging workload. • Maintain monthly summary of telephone bills
