Analyse financial statement for private equity funds; • Develop and execute a marketing plan geared to selling IMC financial services to the industrial local community; • Assess financial needs of individual enterprises, develop terms of reference and prepare proposals; • Provide financial advice such as financial administration, cash flow management, and financial analysis; • Assist IMC client’s access credit, especially IMC financing schemes, through loan packaging, documentation, etc; • Keep updated with respect to financial solutions for SMEs; • Monitor service impact and ensure customer satisfaction; • Develop good relationships with banks, financial institutions and other donor lending programs; • Provide on job training for clients as well as IMC junior staff in the field of specialization; • Prepare feasibility studies for IMC clients; • Preferably with experience in the field of training; • Carry out other duties as assigned related to the position requirements.
Qualifications The following skills and experience are required to fulfill the specific tasks: • Degree in a related field such as Finance/Business Administration/Economics; • Minimum 5 – 10 years experience in commercial credit as well as financial management in a business environment; • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relations, and market financial services; • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; • Computer literate; • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written business English; • Organized, motivated and capable of meeting deadlines.
