*Apply all the Admin policies & procedures *Manage the Admin budget *Supervise on all the Admin Work like : the reception area , Security , maintenance , and the archiving area. *Follow up on the work of the facility companies to ensure its efficiency and avoid any repetitive issues/ problems occurrence *Handle all the Admin work regarding paying all the required bills on time for the Head office and the other branches ( Telephone , Mobile , tenders , Couriers , Etc…). *Plan best allocation and utilization of offices, parking area and resources *Organize the messengers for the related tasks *Ensure the monthly payment for all rents as per the contracts deadline. *Prepare and send a price list for all required items versus the quality standards and the approved Budget.
Qualifications Very good Follow-up skills. Very good communication skills. Active person. Problem solving skills. Able to work under pressure. from 5 to 7 Years of experience.
