Sharing with HR Director Assess the companys future staffing requirements over the short, medium and long-term. Design, Maintain and update the organization charts to assist the management in implementing required organizational changes to achieve company’s mission & vision. Sharing with HR Director in Developing various HR policies and procedures for management approvals and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness. Participate in partnership role in achieving goals and objectives as identified in company annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). Participate in planning and budgeting process to define HR cost and ROI. Ensure the availability of the updated job descriptions; follow up on the accurate and proper implementation of the performance appraisal system. Conduct Job Analysis using different tools in order to define job value for the organization. Conduct Job Evaluation for defining job weight against each other and the organization. Establish integrated Compensation & Benefits system (Pay Structure and Incentive Schemes). Manage Performance Appraisal System to ensure implementation of proper rewarding for high performance employees. Evaluate and develop compensation programs and salary structures ensuring their internal and external competitiveness in order to retain and attract qualified calibers. Assess company benefits schemes quality and develop to meet employees needs and ensuring it is aligned with HR budget. Manage, audit & administer performance management programs for proper professional implementation, two way dialogue and maintain the clear objectives awareness from employee side.
Qualifications Must have minimum 5 – 7 years experience. • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree. • V. Good in English both written and spoken. • Good presentation and interpersonal skills & Computer literate. • Excellent Communication skills Good knowledge about Job Analysis applying Hay Methodology, Job Family Modeling applying Hay Methodology ,Job Evaluation ,Performance Management . Competency Modeling & Emotional Intelligence
