•Provide support to sales team that is related to sales orders based on the requested specifications. •Follow-up and coordinate workflow with other departments. •Implement & follow up the sales calls & inquiries that are made by sales representatives for the current and prospective customers. •Prepare and implement all quotations and sales agreements on the SAP program, and then follow up its operations with the relevant departments. •Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. •Maintain and archive all files related to sales operations. •Prepare, maintain and follow up the various purchase orders to vendors.
Qualifications •Very good English. •Advanced Excel skills. •Very good user of other Microsoft Office programs(Word-PowerPoint-Outlook). • Ability to work under pressure. •Accurate and attentive to details. •High communication skills.
