1. Carrying out administrative work from the management, Assist in workflow and review departments procedures. 2. Preparing and delivering reports to managers and Handling incoming, outgoing phone calls and arranging callbacks. 3. Maintain the managers calendar, staff meetings, events and Provide back¬up data as needed. 4. Prepare complete expenses reports after trips. 5. Typing letters, memos, filling, and data entry. 6. Receiving & sending faxes, e-mails, following up daily work, daily duties and follow-ups, provide assistance to other staff. 7. Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and word processing & filing. 8. Keep mail/phone directories updated. 9. Take part in any administrative meetings to assure secretarial follow-through and take meeting minutes. 10. Perform a variety of administrative duties necessary to run the work efficiently. 11. Arrange essential correspondence in priority action for manager. 12. Assure discreet handling of all business. 13. Assure the compliance with all company QMS & HSE MS. 14. Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential, responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
Qualifications -Bsc. Degree -From 1-4 Years’ Experience in Secretarial Work. - Any secretarial certificates will be appreciated
