     •Personnel and Labor Relations practices and legal requirements; Social Insurance, Labor law. •Preparation of Form 1 and 2 And 6 of the offices of insurance. •Prepare legal annual increments in the fixed and variable to social insurance. •Responsible of following up the process for the OEE and scrap. •Responsible for handling all bookings and travel insurance for visitors and organize transportation for them. •Responsible for handling permissions for all the employees as well as car permission. •Responsible for handling the weekly meals and transportation plan. •Maintain personnel files and keeps employees record up to date •Responsible for filing and collecting any missing documents in the employees’ files. •Responsible for coordinating attendance and shift patterns weekly update. •Administer leave balance by receiving all leave requests, updating leave balance in the system •Assists in the control the planning, approval, and implementation of staffing projections, recruitment strategies, utilization, goals, posting/advertising, screening and applicant pool development, requisition/applicant tracking, and selection services. 
Qualifications    •A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. •Minimum of 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. •Ability to provide leadership to professional colleagues in area of expertise. •Effective verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to solve complex problems with long and short term implications. •Strong organizational ability to develop cohesive plans. •Ability to priorities duties and efficiently complete responsibilities. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people. •Knowledge of state employment laws and regulations.
