Provides technical leadership and documentation coordination on large, complex projects and / or multiple small / moderate projects and directs the work of others, including assigning responsibilities in a project team and monitoring their progress and completion. Works with project leaders to coordinate the development of staffing plans / budgets and schedules within the project work plan; and works with Project Managers in the development of fee and scope proposals. Directs and mentors less experienced architectural staff.
Qualifications Architectural degree required with a minimum of 6 years in the profession, Revit Holder ,post graduation. Experience on all phases and aspects of large scale projects required. Advanced knowledge of project design and construction documentation production and construction materials, CADD, graphic skills, presentation and communication skills. Advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills. Advanced knowledge of 3D computer modeling and graphic design. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
