Construction and erection works on the agreed cut-off date and according to the defined structure and he checks and agrees with the Project construction manager the continuous update of the bill of quantity, with the site quantity survey coo-coordinator the actual survey of quantities already installed, the responsible site construction manager, site superintendent , site supervisor and respectively with reference to the quantities still expected / to be installed as well as with the COM the costs related to the commissioning manager, site superintendent, site supervisor respectively (quantities still expected / to be installed) • assists the Site claim Engineer on a monthly basis in the preparation and update of all site-related expected costs and the expected cost reimbursement for each incurred NC • checks the contractual entitlement of claims from and to subcontractors, carries out the monetary evaluation and prepares the monthly update of the expected cost and expected cost reimbursement at site assisted by the Site claim Engineer, the responsible site construction manager, site superintendent, site supervisor respectively, the Site Manager and the commercial manager • discusses and agrees the definitions for the presentation of the Site forecast cost to complete report in the Site Cost Report with the Project Cost Control Engineer and the commercial manager • Compares the incurred costs and the order liabilities reported in the Site forecast cost to complete report with the reported cost Items in Zwika • carries out plausibility and random checks of the Site forecast cost to complete report • enters the current Site forecast cost to complete report into the site cost report
Qualifications BSc. in Engineering training course in cost controlling good communication skills.
