•Diagnosing Servers, Storage and SAN Switch hardware or Software Troubleshooting •Good awareness for Raid Levels technique •Good awareness for SAS & FC and iSCSI Protocols and connectivity •Implementing MS Active Directory with GP and design the DNS •Implementing MS Exchange server with all Rules •Implementing MS System Center •Implementing Virtual Platform (MS Hyper-V & VMware) •Investigating, diagnosing and solving Server software or applications faults (Antivirus – Microsoft Office …..etc). •Decide whether Spare part needed to be requested or just need service. •Making Spare Parts price request and update in CRM. •Report the service desk admin to make the quotation. •Installing and configuring computer spare parts •Ability to detect the defective computer spare parts and replace it. •Quality Control after solving the problem. •Support Interact Computer Stores customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as Outsourcing staff. •Following and updating service cases through internal Interact systems (ex: CRM….). •Create warranty forms through our internal system (CRM) and transfer it to the responsible admin.
Qualifications •Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent •Basic network troubleshooting is a must •Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must •Good to have the following courses (CCNA, A+, MCSA or MCSE) •Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it. •Ability to work under pressure •Ability to learn •Organized and systematic
