•Responsible for requirements definition, design and implementation of mobile applications •Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of mobile applications for Government Entities •Responsible for working with business owners to propose high-quality user experience solutions for mobile applications. •Responsible for working with tertiary groups such as Security, Architecture, IT Operations, and QA to ensure quality design, delivery, and adherence to corporate standards. •Develop mobile applications user interfaces and Web Service integration APIs using latest technologies. •Develop mobile framework for upcoming projects. •Mentor other developers, ensuring the quality of their code and designs.
Qualifications - Solid Experience in Mobile Development Application Platform on IBM Worklight and Hybrid (PhoneGap/Apache Cordova) framework - Experience in IBM Worklight( MobileFirst) including studio, server and client API and adapters • Solid Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, Cascading Stylesheets (CSS), Apache Cordova API for access to device resources. •Solid Experience in XML, JSON and serialized data •Experience working with modern libraries and Java Script Framework such as jQuery, RequireJS, backbone ,etc… •Experience in RWD (Responsive Web Design) development. •Solid Experience with RESTful webservices. •Experience with embedded relational databases •Understanding of multi-threaded interface design •Solid Experience with multiple mobile platforms and ability to develop native application at least on IOS or Android
