The Support Associate Office 365 will ensure that all customers are satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the support they receive. By utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, the Support Associate will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on prevention and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications Fluency in German is a Must. Holding Valid European Union Visa or any European Nationality. Willing to relocate to Sofia-Bulgaria. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * Customer-oriented, possessing good communication and personal skills * Ability to describe technical information; outline the most important and provide it briefly * Fast Learning skills (our product changes almost on a daily basis - will you keep up?) * Ability to work under constant pressure * Ability to quickly search in the web for any information needed * Technically oriented is a must, but not necessarily experienced! * Basic technological knowledge (Who are the biggest players in the IT field and which are their products?)
