Following up on purchasing of Spare parts as well as technical clarifications. Tracking any needed details concerning spare parts. Full awareness of maintenance of spare parts issues. Assisting customer to find the goods and products they are looking for. Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes of such meeting. Reporting on the each visit done. Supervising and maintaining Spare parts operations. Being responsible for order processing procedures. Always maintaining & taking updated photos of machinery as well as on spare parts to ensure visibility. Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing mails.
Qualifications • Bachelors degree preferable Engineering .Excellent interpersonal skills • Good in English language. • Excellent communication & negotiation skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Professional office software packages
