- Manage and implement all benefit programs to increase employees retention. - Communicate with medical insurance provider to issue, change category & termination cases. - Prepare monthly Medical reports to be sent to direct manager including participation percentage of total head count & special cases status. - Participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to Short-term & Long-term Benefits and regulations. - Prepare quarterly Medical reports to be sent to Finance Department to affect the cost as per Company branches. - Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives.
Qualifications - University degree in any field. - 1 - 2 years experience in compensation and benefits area. - HR Diploma or its equivalent is a more preferable. - Good user of MS office. - Good Problem solving and excellent communication skills.
