•Respond to technical support requests in person, via phone, or by email•Diagnose, resolve technical hardware, software and operation issues•Performing " Quality check" after solving the problem to regenerate the problem by the user•Using the proactive check list to reduce the rate of problems in each PC•Setting up equipment for employee use •Performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.•Act as an account operator for users accounts creation and termination•Performing technical checklist actions for the affected server in case of problems or break downs to ensure that all devices and cabling are working probably
Qualifications •BSc. of Computer Science/ Communication •Engineering Excellent experience of MS Windows 2008 •Excellent experience of MS Windows 7 / XP •Excellent knowledge of MS Active Directory Service •Excellent experience in Networking •Excellent experience Exchange plus •Excellent experience TMG plus . •MCITP/MCSE is a plus
