1.Assist on receiving all the data with regards to the LC from the Sales / CS department and preparing the packing list, Certificate of Origin, BL instructions for bank submissions. 2.Assist on generating all invoices directly after loading and proceed by preparing the required documentation (e.g. packing list, Certificate of Origin, BL instructions) 3.Follow up all the required documents for shipment are completed on time with the required attestation and legalization from the respective governmental authorities. 4.Assist in arrangements for sending the original set of documents to the customers 5.Assist in generating the “Tracking Sheet” for tracing the delivery of the documents. 6.Follow up with freight forwarder/Transport company requesting B/Ls, TCN and other shipment required to be sent along with the invoice & packing list
Qualifications Excellent command in English Written & Spoken. •Excellent command of computer literate especially in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook Express ).
