Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs. Employee referral check; Selection of candidates. Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitment Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to HR Manager on weekly basis. Reviewing the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the HR Manager for approval. Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance). Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitment documents. Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement.. etc. Opening staffs personal file; Issuing Medical check up letter; ID / IT equipment. Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs. Update the Employment / Vacancies Report To ensure all employee have their JDs.
Qualifications College degree. HR Post graduate studies is a plus. Experience: At least 3 years’ experience at recruitment functions. Being from a courier industry background is a plus. Experience in other HR functions is a plus . Experience with hireling couriers and/or blue collars in general is a must. Have experience handling and coordinating contract workers procedures and document.

Other Skills Excellent command of MS office esp. excel. - Potential candidate must be able to work under stress and meet strict deadlines. Competencies profile: excellent communication skills. Organization, time & stress management. Flexibility. Goal oriented. Customer focused - potential candidate must be resourceful in recruiting blue collars and in massive hiring.
Compensations 2 days off per week, 8 working hours/day Total gross salary up to EGP 4,000 -based on experience- social and medical insurance
