•Maintain brand proper positioning through supporting division heads to develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies including and not limited to : market segmentation ,pricing , promotions , channels of communication …etc •Responsible for supporting the marketing manager in managing, developing and executing marketing plans for each brand. •Continuously measure market competitors and competition, to ensure that Nacita group brand/brands are in a competitive position. •Work closely with the customer relation officer in conducting deep market researches & analysis to identify future needs of target segments. •Support the process of product \ service development, in light of the strategic growth and market competitiveness strategies of Nacita group and its divisions. •Work closely with the market analyst to perform random surveys and researches to ensure that Nacita group products and services are performing as planned & satisfying the customer expectations. •Technically support divisions in decision making related to new contract with suppliers, pricing, promotions and any internal development actions related to provided products and services. •Work closely with the marketing coordinator in implementing marketing activities to insure proper alignment of the brand identity including and not limited to PR campaigns, communication materials, promotions, etc… •Work closely with the graphic designer to insure effective unified brand image/brand manual •Support In the training needs assessment for technical staff when required. •Provide periodical reports to superiors upon assigned tasks and performance of team under his management. •Support Marketing & B.D manager in any related tasks his\her upon request
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in management or other related fields, marketing is preferred. •Minimum of 4 years work experience
