Prepare the annual operating plan based on the annual agricultural and production plan; Converting the annual operating plan to monthly action plans; Plan the machinery and manpower requirements based on the crop season and crop year; Directs and coordinates all of the equipment activities; Must be knowledgeable in managing modern agriculture equipment; Preferably experienced with field crop production operations “Sugar Beet, Corn Grains, Corn Silage, Wheat, Peanut” under large scale projects and irrigated by pivot system; Direct on daily basis the progress in the agriculture plan business plan aligning with the agricultural manager; Direct on daily basis the equipment maintenance and availability of the equipment and repairing progress aligning with the maintenance manager; Follow up the information recording equipment operating, maintenance activities and manpower daily performance; Summarize every crop season to stand on the strong and weak points in order to learn more for better future plan;
Qualifications - Well knowledge of soft skills as Microsoft, Oracle or SAP program; - English Language well knowledge “reading, writing, and speaking”; - Leadership skills, previous experience in large scale farming company; - Age between 27 – 35 year
