Recruitment : • Managing the searching for new employees process (using internet, phone, universities and etc • Managing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, Screening and performing reference checks. • Conducting initial interviews for Different levels to choose the best one who fits in the job description required and the company’s culture • Create the job analysis (job description, Job Specifications and competencies). • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. Personnel : • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts directories, or performance evaluation forms • Handling Personnel tasks including “attendance and leave, employees contracts, files, promotions, and Social insurance issues ”. • Following the HR Vacation Policy, Calculating vacations balance • Compile and update employee files (hard and soft copies) & set by the Labor law • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees • Responsible for conducting probation period and annual employee performance appraisal • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval. Payroll : • Participate in calculating employees monthly time sheet, implement internal regulations and penalties are well. • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, overtime , etc) • Calculating salaries monthly.
Qualifications • 5 years of Experience in HR • Extensive knowledge labor laws. • HR Diploma is a Plus • Strong Personality • Very good command of English • Hard Working and willing to learn. • problem solving capabilities & handling • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent MS Office skills
