-Participate in the conception, design for the projects -Prepare project technical manuals -Participate in Preparing specifications & bid documents -Study offers & participate in selecting suppliers -Supervise & control work development -Receive works, report discrepancies and propose solutions -Overseeing building work, surveying sites -Preparing design drawings and work drawings -Coordinate participants work and control time plan -Carrying out quality inspections on work -Solving any problem on sites -Prepare and present recommendations for departments related to technical directions, work flow improvements, metrics development, project risks and financial issues. -Applying health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications -Bachelor degree in Architecture / Civil engineering -From 3 – 5 years of working experience
