Provide administrative support to ensure that all operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Type correspondence, reports and other documents. Maintain office files. Provide receptionist services. Perform other related duties as required work on any internal system Welcoming all incoming guests and customers. Manage all correspondence including e-mails and business letters for all employees. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Direct persons to correct destination. Take and relay messages.
Qualifications Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software. • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation. • Knowledge of office administration procedures. • Ability to operate most standard office equipment. • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills. • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
