IT Help Desk ( Centro Command Center ): •Responsible for providing first level of resolution in troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues. •Responsible for providing on-time problem resolution. •Responsible for dealing with different providers to report and follow up with them on any outage during the working hours. •Handle different requests using ticket system or e-mail. •Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in simple way
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree. •0-2 years of experience in a similar position. •Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills. •Previous experience in working with active Directory , System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ,2008 and 2012, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and 2012. •Flexible and can work under pressure.
