- Provides deep analysis for customer business requirements and existing infrastructure and be able to identify correct solutions accordingly. - Provides consultation and guidance to customers according to their business requirements based on the company solutions. - Handles technical communication with customers and other companies. - Collaborates with other companys departments to deliver complete solution to the customer. - Prepares and presents technical presentations to customers. - Studies the received documents contained technical specifications carefully and gets an idea of the type and volume of the work in the operation, project or tender and the required delivery date and makes a work study and a technical offer suitable for competition. - Studies the companys products from catalogs for technical offers. - Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions. - Presents inquiries related to operations, projects or tenders to the sales department. - Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps. - Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support. - Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements. - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
Qualifications Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is a must
