•Receive the Purchasing Requests from Planning department, approve it, and distribute it on the Purchasing Representatives •Follow up the execution of all Purchasing Orders, and ensure that they were executed incompliance with the company regulations on time •Directing the Purchasing Representatives and support them in negotiations with supplies •Responsible for coordinating with the Financial Department in opening LCs •Coordinating with the Logistics Section regarding for customs and transferring issues until receiving the purchased materials in the company Warehouse •Approve Receiving Orders for purchases and ensure delivering it to the warehouse •Responsible for reporting the credit balances of the suppliers to the purchasing manager on weekly basis •Established suppliers’ evaluation criteria, and Continuous update the list of approved supplies •Develop, update, and maintain of Approved Suppliers List •Source new suppliers to improve quality, price and credit terms for the purchased materials •Responsible for handling negotiations with the major suppliers •Responsible for evaluating the performance of the suppliers and report it to the Purchasing Manager on monthly basis •Coordinate with Warehousing Section to ensure receiving the purchased materials from the suppliers •Evaluate the performance of his subordinates and report it to the purchasing manager quarterly •Building strategic relationship with the major suppliers •Develop and implement cost saving plans
Qualifications •Bachelor degree. •6-9 years Experience •Experience in FMCG is a MUST •Very good command of English & computer skills
