• Ensure nil complaints of the key clients through developing solid business relationship. • Ensure 100% control of the captive accounts via monitoring and tracing such account during the year. • Ensure proper marketing of the company’s technical capabilities according to the U/W Standard and strategies set forth by the end of the year. • Ensure proper analysis and statistics of the current portfolio concerning the captive business during the year. • Ensure maximizing portfolio of brokers and agents. • Support developing business through growth of the direct marketing and cross selling (Specially Zurich). • Ensure 100% client service and satisfaction through efficient services provided specially the VIP accounts.
Qualifications - University degree - Very Good command of English Language – computer. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation. - Sales oriented - Insurance background is a plus. - Females
