1.Assist Supply Chain Manager in ensuring that all material requirements for a successful production plan are available on time and develops back up plans in cases of emergency. 2.Assist Supply Chain Manager to optimize supply chain to minimize storage times and enhance efficiency. 3.Assist Supply Chain Manager to plan to avoid any stock rupture of finished products and expiration of raw materials. 4.Assist Supply Chain Manager in ensuring that all stock materials in inventory are stored in proper conditions and conforming to GMP. 5.Maintains accuracy of inventory items and that both physical stocktaking and system quantities are matched. 6.Sources all materials from approved vendors at the optimum prices, in the right time and the right quantities, with the most advantageous payment terms. 7.Assist Supply Chain Manager in fulfilling all purchasing needs of QC, Engineering, R&D, and all factory departments and making sure they are on time. 8.Knowledgeable with clearance and release of materials from local customs. 9.Prior experience in managing warehouse personnel effectively.
Qualifications 1.Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Commerce, or Science Graduate. 2.Excellent English, communication, and computer skills. 3.Hard working, Smart negotiator, Quality oriented, planning and logistics skills.
