•Handles all recruitment activities such as (screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct testing, checking references ) •Maintains career e-mail, job boards, walk in C.Vs •Prepares job posts. •Maintaining probation period assessment and renewal of annual contract process. •Assists in updates and maintains organization structure •Assists in modifying & updating job descriptions. •Maintains the vacancies and applicants status record. •Prepare and coordinate job requisitions with the department`s head.
Qualifications 1.Excellent user of Microsoft Office ( Word, excel, PowerPoint) 2.Fluent English 3.Ability to handle multiple tasks
