• Inputting sales figures for all products and bi-weekly submitting reports of such sales. • Submitting reports for companies ranking as well as the sales percentage of each outlet in comparison to each other. • Bi weekly following up on expiry dates as well as submitting a report accordingly. • Following up on the promotional activities versus target. • Making an order study for replenishment for outside branches (Hurghada-Sharm-Marsa Allam) • Follow-up promotion results, trend analysis, discounted items, season and product analysis. • Sales and stock Analysis by Mid of Month / end of Month for all clients / all categories. • Study the end retail prices for all clients and comparing to SRP$. • Follow up the daily promotion sales versus target. • Make depletion for new order (Departure) once delivered to EA per key location. • Monthly market share into EADFS per terminal. (evaluate sales performance versus whole market ) • Follow up the replenishment in Sharm and Hurghada on weekly basis. • Submit quarterly report per item, brand, location and client. • Following up the items that close to expire date before 3 months of expired. • Evaluate Monthly sales value performance versus past performance. • Evaluate Monthly sales value performance versus our target. • Handling any new additional tasks that could be delegated to
Qualifications • Accuracy and attention to details. • Typing speed. • Time Management and meeting deadlines • Good command of English Language. • Excellent Communication skills. • Excellent usage of software packages specially excel • Flexible working hours
