1. Assess training needs for new and existing employees. 2. Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps. 3. Liaise with internal leaders regarding employee training needs. 4. Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs. 5. Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks. 6. Inform employees about training options. 7. Map out training plans for individual employees. 8. Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching. 9. Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. 10. Track and report on training outcomes. 11. Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology. 12. Maintain employee training records. 13. Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
Qualifications -HR Certification is a must -Has different functions in the HR role -automotive back ground is much preferable
