- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. -Provide general support to visitors.-Typing up minutes.- Organizing diaries Fielding calls. -Organizing travel arrangements.- Answer and direct phone calls. -Maintain contact lists. - Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. -Develop and maintain a filing system.
Qualifications Must have experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting CEO and an office of diverse people. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
