We are seeking a Sales Manager located in Egypt and ready to work in Egypt or Middle East Branches. To manage the company products sales in the market through developing strategic customers / accounts. By maintaining the integrity of the products strategies and sales plans, implements sales programs and achieve sales targets by category. This position is responsible for achieving the regional sales plan in structure cabling and computer network through the sale of process filtration products via channel partners (representatives and distributors)Implement strategic plan to grow business in alignment with Division Profit Plan goals. Includes developing and implementing regional sales targets by Rep and Distributor, identifying new customers and suitable partners/distributors. Establish new target accounts to assist the growth of the distribution into the defined market sectors. Develop long-term agreements in key strategic markets. Maintain positive relationship with Customer Service to ensure all customer inquiries, orders, invoices and complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively. Resolve any potential customer conflicts between channel partners in conjunction with the District Sales Manager
Qualifications You will need proven experience in sales, with a good record of achieving targets. Once you reach management level, most employers will consider your sales and management experience, market knowledge and track record to be more important than your academic qualifications. For some sales jobs, such as hi-tech scientific or engineering equipment, employers may prefer you to have a qualification. You could also be considered for specialist sales management jobs if your expertise comes from a background in designing or manufacturing of the products your team are selling. You may wish to back up your experience and develop your management skills by studying towards a professional qualification.
