1. Responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing process, commissioning equipment, and installing the new plants. 2. Scaling Up from lab scale to Production scale to achieve the production demand of the organization. 3. Identifying and developing the needed process and equipment to produce special products, parts, and components. 4. Evaluating and improving the current process or new possible process in manufacturing systems to optimize all stages of production process. 5. Maintaining reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. 6. Developing innovative solutions to overcome the new challenges in the production process. 7. Improving process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. 8. Providing technical suggestions during incident investigations. 9. Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process. 10. Managing workers and technicians 11. Manage the recruitment process to ensure skilled and qualified staff are recruited to the highest standard and appropriately placed within the organization.
Qualifications Academic Degree or equivalent in Chemical engineering, Min 2 – 5 Years of work experience, job role in similar chemical industries are most preferred. Ability to deal with computer software (MS office). Must be proactive & solutions driven in a rapidly changing environment.
