-Maintaining all the current applications and develop new application as needed -Marinating the DB’s and applications servers -Develop all needed tools and applications -Working as 1st line support -Using object oriented Programming languages, especially .NET. -Perform systems analysis and design work on problems of varied scope -Participate in the development and the maintenance of our applications, using Microsoft SQL Server and Windows / Web / Office / IVR User Interface. -Good Knowledge of Applications Analysis & Design -Good Knowledge of problem solving skills. -Good Knowledge of databases and Microsoft SQL Server. -Respond to users Tickets and requests -Make sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines -Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed -Creating the needed reports ,documents and manuals as needed. Requirements Make sure to work as per ISO 27001 guidelines
Qualifications -MCDBA is an advantage -MTA is a must -BSC of engineering or computer science
