1. Project Portfolio Management Tasks - Develop and implement projects activities as per SFSD approved action plan. - Assisting the clients/partners in the development of the project concepts, proposal writing and design stages, until completion with a final version to be presented to the Projects Manager. - Negotiating and finalizing deals with partners/NGOs. - Monitoring and supervising the performance of the project: through regular supervision, which includes regular communication with the client (oral and written); field visits; reviewing technical reports and the fulfillments of milestone for next payments, as well as trouble shoot any obstacles along the way. - Conduct budget revisions of projects under his/her portfolio according to the agreed schedule and format. - Prepare and present review projects-related documents and reports under his/her portfolio. - Backstop other officers. 2. Project Support Services. - Advise in the development of work plans and other project matters - Work closely with staff members to share ideas - Help coordinate and monitor implementation of department plans. 3. Networking - Establish direct relationships with partners/NGOs and consultants who possess the needed expertise within the framework of the core program/project. - Develop and maintain regular contacts with NGOs, governmental non-governmental institutions and the development community at large. 4. Identify different sources of information and best practices relevant to Social Development Projects. 5. Generate status report to department head when requested.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in related field preferred. Senior Project officer Coordinate and monitor implementation of project work plans, overall quality control process of the projects, in addition to providing substantial input to the knowledge acquisition process using the operational tools developed by SFSD.

Other Skills Computer Skill: Good Knowledge computer literacy, with experience on Microsoft word, Excel. Basic proficiency in spreadsheets preferable, A minimum 5 years work experience in development or a closely related field. Micro credit experience is an advantage. Relational Skills: Adaptable in effective relationships with both Egyptians and foreigners. Ability to independently carry out her tasks.
