As a team leader, you must complete your own daily work while maintaining an open ear for your retail Customer service team. Part of your role as a team leader is acting as a liaison between your team and your supervisor or upper management. When your team has complaints relating to safety concerns, inadequate compensation or a hostile work environment, present them to your boss; otherwise, you run the risk of a team member seeking help from a person in a higher position than Communication with customers in-store and handle any complaints they might have. Communication through the phone for any escalation assigned to any of the team/himself . Communication with customers posted any complaints on social media and re-solve it on spot & escalate future solutions and how the problem happened at the first place. Reporting what is the market saying regarding devices issues and the brand itself. Update system with his daily visit. Daily/monthly reports are highly required at the first 3 months for the visits he attended , locations and any other comments. Quarter basis reports highly required after the first 3 months clarifying the same above purpose.
Qualifications Engineering/Tele-communications/ Computer science/ Mobile applications knowledge diploma holder or Major study. • Previous Experience 3-5 years at same relevant field • Customer service skills oriented , highly preferable in-stores and on-ground locations • Ability to travel outside Cairo Limits • Reporting skills is mandatory • Problem solver skills, coaching, excellent ways of communications • Previous experience at Mobile devices & same relevant field • Analysis skills and familiar with calculating KPI’s and how to lead a team. • Familiar with different governorates circumstances • Ability to use system & other software applications • Handling face-to-face & over the phone complaints • Highly willing to work during the off/public holidays for urgent and emergency cases. • Planning for the expansion plan related to the original customer and willing to be ready and share his vision on hiring any new calibers might be needed
