- Translating and entering timesheets for the litigation team. And reviewing them with the billing department. - Handling the filing system. - General secretarial work including typing (English/Arabic), document formatting, scanning, photocopying, phone calls, sending faxes, expenses receipts...etc. - Entering and maintaining clients’ contacts. - Printing documents from virtual datarooms for due diligences purposes and preparing files for the working associates. - Filling in the security clearance applications. - Writing minutes in the book ledger. - Updating codes by attaching the amendments thereto under the supervision of the associates. - Circulating new laws and decrees to the office with coordination with librarian. - Helping with the billing: printing envelopes and following up on collecting checks. - Serves as backup to other secretaries in the team to provide support to other lawyers as required and requested.
Qualifications - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Excellent typing stills. -Attention to detail. - Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines - Expert knowledge of Word.
