Description - Assuming the responsibility for all administration works related to the department. - Providing professional secretarial services. - Performing general clerical duty to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. - Dealing with visitors and clients over the telephone and in person. - Coordinating between different departments in the workplace. - Addressing our clients with the daily updating reports . - Translating documents from Arabic into English and vice versa. - Handling customers emails, faxes and telephone calls to meet their problems and inquiries. - Following up incoming and outgoing reports . - Maintaining records/files hard copy and electronic filling system. - Arranging all internal travel reservations. - Responsible for the annual audit and cases reports - Following up any pending issues. - Organizes and maintains various administrative. - Organizes own work, sets priorities and meets critical deadlines and ensures that such deadlines are met by other staff. - Gives appointment reminders, arranges and confirms meeting, and makes travel agreements.
Qualifications Bachelors degree , proficiency in MS Word , Excel , Outlook - work under pressure -Highly organized-High communication skills .
