Description Track and follow up on attendance, absences, annual and sick leaves of all employees. 2. Receipt of penalties memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non departure) 3. Followup on the renewal of the annual contracts. 4. Responsible for payroll preparation. 5. Make sure company policies are well implemented. 6. Responsible for dealing with and finishing all documents for the governmental offices related to personnel (Labor Office and Social Insurance Office). 7. Arrange social insurance form 1, 2 & 6.
Qualifications 2 years experience. Excellent knowledge of Labor & Insurance laws good knowledge of Human Resource management tasks
