Description Supporting management in identifying staff core competencies and establishing annual training. Researching, planning, organizing and directing a comprehensive training plan(s) and development programs in line with the business goals and objectives of the company as well as the employees needs. Designing and delivering innovative training solutions to meet needs adaptable to changing business demands. Providing internal & external training courses to the employees. Conducting internal courses if required Establishing training providers list that accommodates companys training and development needs. Selecting and assigning instructors to conduct training. Organizing, developing, compiling training procedure manuals and visual aids, materials, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Evaluating training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones. Monitoring training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and preparing budget reports to justify expenditures. Keeping track and documentation of training records and plans accurately. Organising successful talent management processes, methods and structures. Developing and implementing individual support measures, including advising managers and employees. Implementing the best possible Doehler positioning as an employer brand. Assisting in any other HR related tasks if required.
Qualifications A Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline 1-2 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Excellent command of the English language HR Certificate/ Diploma is a plus Strong communication skills
