Description Install new Database instances [9i/10g/11G] Maintain and support database engines. Identify problem root causes, and propose solutions Database Tuning and performance. On call support 24x7. Backup and restore operations for databases. Manage internal and external customer Installing Operating System ( windows 2008, , 2012). Including all components, subsystems and system design. Prepared installation schedules. Reviewed technical proposals. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs of system operation verification. Responds to client inquiries concerning operation systems and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operation problems. Solve technical problems during installation due to lake of preparation and improper planning. Diagnose and repair machines/system Software using standard technique in case of failure condition in a timely manner. Be aware of customer operating system, Hardware configuration, network setup and major Software applications priorities.
Qualifications To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skilfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations. Project Management - Completes projects on time and budget. Technical Skills - Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Shares expertise with others. Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs. Responds to requests for service and assistance. Teamwork - Supports everyones efforts to succeed. Quality - Monitors own work to ensure quality; Ensure a quality work is done in all activities. Quantity Completes work in timely manner.
