Working with operating staff to ensure that the technical implementation is complied with client requirements. Writing management/technical reports and customers charters. Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise. Dealing with customer feedback and complaints, and passing on issues to managers where necessary.
Qualifications B.Sc. Engineering, Information Systems or Equivalent. 1-2 years experience with the collection and documentation of ICT system processes & requirements. Experience with Networks. Well trained in Auditing & Audit Certificates will be preferred.
