Description Initiating improvements. Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces. Documenting efficient and effective processes in the companys internal IT systems. Implementing preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management. Implementing and maintaining OEDM standards (e.g. 5S; standardised work). Notifying the line manager of deviations. Optimum daily production planning according to customer specifications in consultation with Production. Planning in the IT systems and processing in the resulting scheduling lists. Checking material and raw material availability and production capacities in accordance with incoming customer orders. Planning production orders to various production plants in detail, taking throughput times, cleaning times and cost-optimised production into account. Conducting redistribution and relocation of raw materials or blending materials for production. Compiling production statistics and analysing the results. Maintaining material master data. Optimising stock (safety stock, re-order level, optimum batch size, minimum order quantity based on forecast and usage, non-slow-mover reports). Continuous material planning. Handling orders (from contracts/info records/order book) both internally and externally. Continuously maintaining material master data (planning/delivery times, batch sizes, re-order levels, safety stocks etc.). Monitoring deadlines for planned delivery dates and taking countermeasures in case of deviations.
Qualifications - A bachelor degree in Engineering/ Commerce. - 1-2 years of experience as a planner preferably in Manufacturing/ FM CG sectors. - SAP experience is a must. - Excellent command of English language. - Preferably residents of 6th of October and Giza.
