Description Reviewing various types of Contracts and Agreements, terms and conditions for different transactions, and official letters. Negotiating contracts on behalf of the company with different vendors. Providing legal research, legal opinions in different fields of Law and providing legal advice to other departments in the company (ex: Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Tax Law, Civil Law, Construction Law& Companies Laws). Provide Legal Advice and Litigation support. Dealing with the company major legal issues and represent the company at the court. Providing advice on ensuring compliance with local laws in Egypt. To assist in reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis Any other related task.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in law, English section is preferable. Minimum 5 years of experience. Outstanding communication skills. Committed. Legal translation.
