Description - Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, methods and schedules. - Design a record for each machine containing operating instructions, routine maintenance procedures and breakdowns. - Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. - Diagnosing breakdown problems. - Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly. - Determination of critical spare parts and arranging its availability. - Carrying out quality inspections on maintenance tools to make sure that it works properly. - Keep maintenance department and machinery status reports and report. - Checking the production lines machines status on weekly basis. - Assisting in installing new machines at the production line if needed. - Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in engineering. - Experience: 0- 3 years in FMCG industry is a MUST. - Excellent problem solving and time management skills. - Very good command in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication Skills. - Detail oriented and highly organized. - Flexible with rotational shifts - Ready to work 12 hours shift in the first 3 months (probation period)
