Description * Prospect; identify and qualify business in assigned sector * Identify new business demands in assigned sector * Achieve assigned targets for both revenue and profit * Sales of company products, services & offering in the assigned sector. * Handles large & complex opportunities, responsible to win the business, contribute to the sales revenues & achieve customer satisfaction. * Leads & gives guidance to a group of sales specialists & may provide input to the company sales strategies & objectives. * Report pipeline periodically
Qualifications University Degree. 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar or related Position in system integration company Skills, Abilities, Physical Demands: * Good spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic & English * Strong presentation and negotiation skills * Good organizational and time management skills * Good people skills, for working with a range of colleagues and clients * The ability to lead and motivate a team * A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure * Confident, self-driven, dynamic and loves to learn * Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
