Description 1- Maintain all files & records, Place office ads & follow up on calls, keep track of files . 2- Perform the range of secretarial tasks including all phone calls and correspondences, visitors, maintaining calendar of appointments, typing letters, memos, email(English, Arabic). 3- Prepare daily agenda. 4- Help in dealing with other departments. Receive and follow up coming and out coming emails and prepare daily report. 5- Ensures that all activities in the unit or section are done according the relevant cGMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001/2008 , ISO 14001/2004 , OHSAS 18001/2007).

Qualifications University degree with appropriate experience 1-2 years in administration .
