Description 1. Compiling data and following up on all business activities related to Client and Engagement acceptance. 2. Typing, editing, formatting and delivery of: • Proposals • Engagement Letters • Financial Statements • Proxy for attending general assembly meetings • Meeting minutes of held general assembly meetings • Business Correspondence • PowerPoint presentations 3. Translation of Financial Statements into English. 4. Issuing invoices and following up on collections. 5. Printing, copying, scanning, faxing and mailing of documents to clients and team members. 6. Responsible for filing all types of documents. 7. Checking the Managing Partner’s emails, forwarding, replying to and following up on the received and sent emails. 8. Coordinating and managing the Managing Partner’s calendar (meeting and appointments). 9. Coordinating all travel arrangements. 10. Preparing various requested reports, such as: • Invoicing and collections. • All documents received from Client.

Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in administration. Fluency required in English and Arabic. Computer Literacy. Excellent communication and organization skills. Proactive, Independent and precise work. Professional attitude and appearance. Friendly personality.

Comments Day(s) Off: Friday, Saturday Working Hours From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Location: Nile City Towers, Ramlet Boulaq, Cairo
