Description Take all necessary steps to assure customer satisfaction. Take the lead active role in company New Unit sales. Actively participate in Sales Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability, and efficiency and Customer Satisfaction metrics. Control proper inventory levels. Accurately quote and sell New Products, using Trasncentral (Carrier Transicold quote and support system). Adhere to policies, procedures, and branch goals. Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualities:
Qualifications Must Have Exp. In Transicold Field. Exceptional interpersonal, team work and communication skills. Clear understanding of customer service and sales. Must be familiar and comfortable with Heavy Duty Product Sales. Must have Cold Calling comfort and follow through. Must be a resourceful person, with a creative attitude. Good understanding of mechanical components and associated operations.
